We work with clients in the following ways:

Institutional decision making
   We audit and profile decision making across an organisation, unit or group, collaboratively identify ways to measure decision making effectiveness and work with our client to promote positive change.

Specific critical or complex decisions (strategic initiatives, resource allocation, transactions and disputes)
   We identify the decision structure or framework, determine and test appropriateness of criteria, develop scenarios and provide analytical support including modelling.

Non-executive director counsel
   Understanding the boardroom environment, we work with non-executive directors to assess the sufficiency of information on a given issue. We also responsively provide “on-call” analysis and counsel to non-executive directors.
